How do I track my order?

During busier seasons, carriers may take longer to update the tracking status of a package. If your package has shipped and the tracking status does not update within 3 business days, please contact Bebe Spice at support@bebespice.com for additional updates. If your package shows tracking updates but stalls at a processing location, please contact the carrier directly for the most accurate information on your package.

What is your return policy?

We fully stand behind our products. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact support@bebespice.com within 60 days of delivery to initiate the return process. We would appreciate any feedback as to why you are requesting a return to help us improve our products and customer experience.
Please note:
  • Returns/refunds are only available for orders placed through bebespice.com.
  • Samples are not eligible for returns.

Refunds will be processed once the returned order is in transit to our warehouse.

What are your shipping rates?

The current shipping options available when purchasing from Bebe Spice are:

  • Standard Shipping (4-7 Business Days): USPS Rates
  • Expedited Shipping (2 Business Days): USPS Rates

Once an order has been processed, the shipping method cannot be changed.

What are your processing times?

We offer standard shipping with 4-7 business day delivery. This includes a 1-2 business day processing time for all orders. Orders placed on Fridays after Noon PST, weekends, or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Orders placed before Noon PST on a business day will be picked, packed, and shipped that same day. Orders placed after Noon PST will be processed the following day.

Do you ship to military addresses (APO/AE/AA)?

Do you have holiday shipping cutoffs?

Please note that November and December are peak shopping seasons, and carriers may experience delays of up to 10 business days. To ensure delivery by Christmas or New Year's Eve, please follow these cutoff dates:

  • For Christmas delivery (via ground shipping): Order by December 11th, Noon PST.
  • For Christmas delivery (via expedited shipping): Order by December 19th, Noon PST.
  • For New Year's Eve delivery: Order by December 18th, Noon PST.
